It’s the best annual holiday tradition: the free streaming of Pee-wee’s Christmas Special.

This may shock you, but Pee-wee’s Playhouse and Pee-wee’s Big Adventure were formative experiences for me. I try to watch the movie at least once a year, but have a much better track record of annual viewing with the holiday favorite Pee-wee’s Christmas Special.

Starting in 2009, Pee-wee Herman made the special available for streaming on his official website during the holidays. Here’s a sample of the zaniness in store:

Despite being 25 years old(!), I’m amazed how many of those guest stars are still with us, doing their thing—even Princess Zsa Zsa! Do yourself a favor and give this a viewing in the next couple of days.
